minus-point: it's visible in every place you dwell in...
i realize how small one can be when it comes to conveying ideas or pure intentions across one another. the word choice matters, the tone and attitude matters, the facial expression matters, the time matters, the venue matters. that's why a broken relay system is present in most corporations and companies.
looking at it in personal life, it can get even more complicated. some people are more sensitive and touchy, some people just shoot words out of their mouths like anything in the world. the balance is hard to strike but communicating with an attitude that doesn't take things too hard and speaking with more tact more or less settles it.
people love to feel loved and appreciated, so do i. simple words like 'you made my day', 'thank you for....' can really change a person's emotions, drastically. never be stingy with such words, but never be hypocritically nice as well. find your own balance=P
